The DC Techsans is a non-profit organization with an affiliation to our alma mater, Texas Tech University. Our local chapter is completely self-supporting. Our low club fee of a $15 makes it possible for our all-volunteer group to provide valuable services to our members. The intent and purpose our website, www.TechsansDC.org, is to provide information about club activities to our members. to register. Benefits of membership include discounted event prices, early notification and registration for popular events that typically sell out, and invitations to exclusive events. Once you have joined, you will be added to the Chapter’s newsletter mailing and e-mail distribution lists. These keep club members up-to-date on Chapter announcements and events. By joining and maintaining an active membership, you are helping support the greater efforts of Texas Tech University as well as the efforts of the DC Techsans Chapter including its scholarship endowment. In addition to meeting new friends and networking, members receive discounted pricing and priority registration for Chapter events. Beverage specials have also been secured at Molly Malones for all Chapter members at our football viewing parties on game days. Membership Types Become an active member. What defines a member? Membership provides you with benefits including event preferential pricing. Most importantly, you will be supporting efforts to grow and maintain the Chapter. Full Member: Full Members benefit from discounts to select Chapter events, receive priority seating and are generally responsible for keeping the Chapter a viable entity through paying dues that cover operating expenses.
